Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OPSMG (the "Service") — including trading, predictions, and games — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EEA) to create an account. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Accounts found to belong to underage users may be terminated.

OPSMG is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. "One Piece" and all related characters, names, and imagery are © Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha / Toei Animation. OPSMG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Character names and images are used under fair-use / fan-use; rights holders may request removal via the contact below.

"Berries" and all in-game currency, shares, bets, parlays, prediction-pool wagers, spin-wheel prizes, and cosmetics are entirely virtual. They have no monetary or cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for, or withdrawn as real-world currency, and are not redeemable for anything of real-world value. The trading and prediction features are entertainment simulations — they are not securities trading, financial advice, or gambling.

You may hold one account per person and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may use IP and device signals to enforce the one-account rule and detect abuse. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to: create alternate accounts, manipulate the market (wash trading, pump-and-dump, collusion), exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or abuse predictions/games. The in-app trading and prediction rules are incorporated by reference. Violations may result in suspension, banning, rollback of gains, and removal from leaderboards.

Donations (e.g. via Buy Me a Coffee) are voluntary, support hosting and development, and are non-refundable. The "Supporter" title is a cosmetic acknowledgment only — it is not a purchase of goods, currency, gameplay advantage, or anything of value, and confers no ownership or redeemable benefit.

Administrators may freeze characters, halt or schedule the market, void or adjust predictions, correct prices, reset seasons, and modify the game economy or balance at any time to maintain fair play. Administrative decisions on disputes are final.

You are responsible for your username, avatar, and profile content, and you grant us a license to display them within the Service. We may moderate or remove content that is offensive, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that virtual balances, rankings, or progress will persist. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSMG and its operators are not liable for any loss of virtual currency, account access, data, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPSMG and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute informally first; any formal proceedings will take place in the courts located in Québec, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via our Discord. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
